Refunds may be accepted only if:

• Work has not started yet

• Client requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if:

• Concept, storyboard, or initial animation has been delivered

• Project delay is caused by client response time

• Client changes their mind after production begins

• Client fails to provide required information on time

• The animation has been approved or finalized

✅ Project Pausing Option

Instead of cancellation, a project may be paused for up to 60 days
with written notice by the client.
